Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid

I think if I had the money or even had the courage to drive this car.. I seriously would. If any of you readers adore fast, luxury, world renowned cars.. this is the one. Who does not know Porsche? If you don't, it's time you do. You will understand why I say "if I had the money". You may agree that this brand has a reason for it being world renowned. Keep reading and I'm sure you'll agree with me.

Many roads lead to your destination. But which ones take you further? To a new future? With a sports car for the road and for the 21st century?

E-mobility is the next big step. With the Panamera S E-Hybrid they are bringing to the road a total concept that networks the car and its driver in an intelligent way. Its performance puts most sports cars to shame. Yet its fuel consumption is far below the rate you would usually expect of a sports car.

Die-hard Panamera fans will probably notice the subtle cosmetic updates which include re-shaped headlights, LED taillights, new turn signals, front bumper with larger air intakes, and new placement for the license plate.

In the new Panamera S E-Hybrid, innovative battery technology and a powerful electric motor herald a little revolution in alternative drives: driving pleasure. Porsche round off their concept with practical solutions, which have had them realise with e-mobility services – smartphone access and control functionalities – and with practical charging systems. Now you can top up your car’s energy levels by plugging it into an electrical socket using the Porsche Universal Charger (AC) provided as standard. For an all-electric range of up to 36 km (in NEDC). Drive forces are transmitted as standard by the 8-speed Tiptronic S. Also fitted as standard are the adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and the speed-sensitive Power steering Plus.

The Panamera S E-Hybrid maintains its visual identity with the customary ‘e-hybrid’ logo on the front doors, the ‘Panamera S’ logo on the rear hatch with an Acid Green surround, the same as the needles of the newly developed power meter in the centre of the instrument cluster. The brake calipers are also finished in Acid Green as standard. The features it shares with the S model – the exterior design and the exquisite styling of the interior – are similarly characteristic. It almost goes without saying that a comprehensive range of personalisation options is available.

Are you starting to agree with me yet? This Porsche really defines the word 'sleek' and fast, don't you think? Not only is the engine strong, but the exterior blows away my mind and what can I say, so does the interior.

I can't help but adore this car even more! If I ever owned this a Panamera, I actually think I would name it.

The new Panamera S and 4S are now offered with twin-turbo V6 engines, instead of V8’s.  These V6 engines produce 414 HP and 384 pound-feet (520 Nm) of torque, mated to 7-speed PDK automatic transmissions.  The V6 engines produce 20 HP and 20 Nm of torque more than the V8 engines they replace.
