Everyone knows them and I guess you have all heard of them? Yep that's it, Mercedes Benz. One of my personal favourites and the dream car,
the G-Class.
So, have you ever heard of them or this 'it' car? No? Then... wait till you hear about it now. You'll know why it's one of my favourites. I'll tell you one thing; girls dig this car.
I think, no other vehicle frames three decades of legendary craftsmanship, capability and civility with such undaunted enthusiasm. With advanced new technology and a dramatically refined cabin, the icon remains a thriving legend.

Heated and Active Ventilated front seats, heated rear seats and a multifunction steering wheel, all hand-fitted in supple Premium leather, are just a sampling of what the G-Class considers basic survival gear.
Crafted by hand, easy to handle
In the G-Class, unexpected rewards are always awaiting your discovery. The galvanised steel body is hand-welded at over 6,000 points for exceptional rigidity, a benefit you can feel in the satisfying precision with which each door closes. The single, side-opening rear door is counterbalanced to open with minimal effort, even on an incline, and despite carrying the full-size spare tire where it's easy to reach.

While its capability is legendary, the strength of the G-Class is epic: The 382-hp 5.5L V-8 in the G550 generates a 391 lb-ft torrent of torque and 0-60 mph in 6.0 seconds. A new handcrafted 5.5L Direct Injection bi-turbo V-8 in the G63 AMG develops 536 hp and 560 lb-ft, and reaches 60 in 5.3 seconds. On either model, dual exhausts with genuine side pipes unleash a throaty rumble under acceleration while reining in emissions to certified ultra low levels.
Widest gear range of any SUV
With its versatile driver-adaptive 7-speed automatic transmission and 2-speed transfer case, the G-Class offers the broadest span of gear ratios in the SUV kingdom. So whether you're crawling up a mountain, merging into traffic or cruising on the open road, the ideal balance of torque and efficiency is at your command. And with standard new shift paddles, it's always close at hand, too.
